Are you working or volunteering with children, young people and families in Sandwell? Join us to engage, connect, and discover new partnerships through our Community Network Meetings.

The last couple of years, particularly recent months, have been difficult for many and have thrown up lots of challenges for the children, young people and families that we work with. A fantastic job has been done by all in supporting children and families, and great commitment has been shown to ensure needs are being met as best as possible.

There have been a variety of events for partners across Sandwell, and so to address the challenges faced around capacity and duplication, we have brought together the Early Help Partnership, Strengthening Families Team and Sandwell Family Hub meetings
and would like to invite you to join us at our new Community Network Meetings.

    This programme of meetings will:

    • bring together a variety of partners within each town in Sandwell and develop a strong and effective locality partnership.
    • ensure strong and robust communication takes place between professionals so that the right support is offered to children and families easily and in the right place at the right time.
    • ensure the services and support available to children and families within each town is clearly communicated and shared across our network.

    Come along and:

    • hear about Sandwell Council’s Digital Inclusion offer for our families in Sandwell
    • find out more about the upcoming changes to Universal Credit and Managed Migration from the Income Management Team at Sandwell Council
    • get to know more about new and exciting programmes/activities for Children and Young People
    • connect, network and link in with other local partners!

If you would like to join us at one or more of our upcoming Community Network Meetings, please book your place(s) by selecting the date(s) you’d like to join us on – please note: BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL DUE TO LIMITED PLACES AND ALL MEETINGS ARE FACE TO FACE ONLY.  The Community Network Meetings dates run from Monday, 10th June to Tuesday, 25th June, 2024.

Please book your place(s) here https://buytickets.at/scvo/1186247
