This is a reminder that Beat It Percussion is holding another sound relaxation session at Friar Park Millennium Centre this Wednesday, 15th May, starting at 5 pm. For those who like yoga there is a lovely class taking place straight after our session, please contact Bryony to find out more.

Residents of Tipton – don’t forget the Jubilee Park sessions on Monday evenings are still running and Lynn and the team would love to see you there. See here for details.

These sessions are an ideal way to de-stress and enjoy some quality ‘me-time’. Go along and support the sessions and tell your friends and contacts about them. Beat It Percussion would like to be able to continue this provision beyond the current funding period, so it is important that the sessions are well attended.

The usual disclaimer applies. Those who are pregnant or fitted with a pacemaker, please check with your GP before attending. Very unusually, people living with psychosis may be adversely affected. Should you have any questions, get in touch at beatitpercussion@gmail.com  call 07875 090 946 or have a chat at the session.
