BUDS: Community Dementia Adviser

The Community Dementia Adviser will work within the Sandwell Community Dementia Support Service to address the wellbeing and social support needs of people diagnosed with dementia, with family and carers.

Hours: 30 per week
Salary: £18,515 per annum.
