Are you looking for office or meeting room space?

If you’re looking for office and/or meeting room space in Tipton (close to the station) then Groundwork West Midlands might be worth having a conversation with.

They are seeking to create a workspace and community hub in the Tipton area, on the high street.

Groundwork West Midlands is a charity based in Tipton and working in the wider West Midlands across a range of themes including employability, management and improvement of greenspace, health & wellbeing, and community resilience.  They have been based in Tipton for many years and want to expand their office base to create a community hub and shared workspace that supports local VCSE groups and businesses to co-locate or hire occasional meeting space.

This could be short or long term office space rental, or an offering of meeting room space at hourly rates with the added benefit of lunch/refreshments provided on a ‘pay per head’ basis. The hub will have fully furnished office space, with free WiFi, access to printing facilities and kitchen facilities.  There would also be an offer of free parking for staff.

There is the added benefit of Tipton train station being on the doorstep, next to our car park, which is great for local organisations and businesses wishing to rent space outside of City Centre high prices, but within a 15 minute train journey to Birmingham or Wolverhampton.

They are currently researching demand and assessing any appetite for this proposal and would welcome an indication of interest from any sector partners who may be interested in any of the above, as this will assist them with the business planning.
