Omega Chatterbox Befriending Service

Chatterbox is a FREE telephone befriending service operated by the Charity Omega for socially isolated, acutely lonely people and for people who provide caring support to others.

Omega’s befrienders are actively looking for people to support in Sandwell.

All clients are carefully matched to DBS-checked volunteer befrienders, with whom they exchange supportive, friendly phone calls. They chat about their lives, families and interests affording them connection with individuals away from their daily norms.
