Aviva has partnered with the fundraising platform Crowdfunder to support small charities and community groups with innovative ideas that benefit their communities and are looking to raise up to £50,000.

The Aviva Community Fund will match each donation given, up to the value of £250, to support projects that help address the key issues of climate action and financial wellbeing. Activities could include providing cost-of-living support, community energy schemes, or financial education workshops. It is designed to back fresh ideas and scalable projects that make a measurable impact.

Once applications have been submitted, applicants will create a fundraising page on Crowdfunder, which Aviva employees and the public can donate to.

Applications can be submitted at any time and are reviewed quarterly.

    For more information click here.

Don’t forget that SCVO’s Development Team offers a FREE ‘critical friend service’ to groups that deliver in Sandwell and support Sandwell residents to help you build a stronger case for investment from the funder! (If you are from outside the borough, we may still be able to help through our fee-based SCVO+ service). Drop us a line at support@scvo.info to find out more.

Alternatively, why not have a look at our FREE funding portal to find more funding opportunities for your group or take a look at our fortnightly funding digest by clicking here.
