Sandwell Council have asked us to circulate the following letter and report to VCS Partners in our e-bulletin.

    “Dear Partners

I am pleased to share with you the attached 2023–24 Annual Report on Grants to our Voluntary and Community Sector partners, a powerful reflection of what we can achieve when we work together with purpose and compassion.

This report is more than a summary of funding, it is a testament to the real, lasting outcomes we have delivered together. Behind every statistic is a story, a resident who found stability, a carer who felt supported, a young person who found their voice. These are the real-life changes that show the true value of our collective efforts.

Your ability to adapt, innovate and reach those most in need, often in the most challenging circumstances, is nothing short of remarkable. You have not only delivered services, but you have also built trust, strengthened communities and helped shape a more inclusive and resilient Sandwell.

On behalf of the Council, thank you for your dedication and your relentless focus on improving lives and we are proud to stand with you.

     Kind regards
    Cllr Suzanne Hartwell
Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods and Community
