Sandwell Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment 2025 Consultation Period Now Live
The Sandwell Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) 2025 report looks at whether there are enough pharmacies, in the right locations, offering the right services, to support the health needs of our local community. As part of this report, Sandwell Public Health have made conclusions and recommendations to improve provision of pharmaceutical services in Sandwell.
The draft report is now available for a 60-day consultation period, from 5th August-4th October 2025. An electronic copy of the PNA report, summaries, and the survey can be accessed via https://consultationhub.sandwell.gov.uk/public-health/pna-2025-consultation/.
The views of Sandwell residents, as well as professionals (e.g. elected members, or on behalf of stakeholders or organisations) are encouraged. Once the consultation period closes, feedback and comments will be looked at and changes made to the PNA as necessary. The Sandwell Health and Wellbeing Board will publish the final PNA report by the end of the year 2025.
