Swan Mountain Trust
Small grants supporting refugees, asylum seekers and young people’s mental health.
Organisations working with refugees and asylum seekers may be eligible for support from the Swan Mountain Trust, a small grant-making trust that has identified this area as its priority focus for the next three years.
The Trust will concentrate its funding on organisations supporting refugees and asylum seekers, with a particular emphasis on improving the mental health and wellbeing of young people within these communities. Funding is intended to help charities and community organisations meet specific needs within their work.
Swan Mountain Trust generally supports smaller organisations, typically those with an annual income of less than £500,000. Grants are usually awarded in the range of £2,000 to £4,000, making the programme particularly suitable for grassroots groups and local organisations seeking targeted financial support.
Applications can be submitted at any time, and organisations are encouraged to make an email enquiry in the first instance. Trustees meet three times each year, in February, June and October, to consider applications.
Applications should be sent to:

Applications may also be submitted by email at jan.swanmountaintrust@gmail.com.
For organisations delivering services that support refugees, asylum seekers, and the mental health of young people within these communities, the Swan Mountain Trust presents a valuable source of small-scale funding to help address identified needs and strengthen frontline support.
