Find out what’s available to help children, young people and families get the best from life, supporting them to access a variety of community-based services and activities. These range from sports activities to improved emotional wellbeing, from youth clubs to music, arts and culture – as well as support for parents. The Early Help Partnership is facilitated by SCVO and is a network of cross sector agencies/organisations which work with, and support children, young people and families across the borough.
The aim of the Early Help Partnership is to ensure that families, communities, universal and targeted services will all work together more effectively and efficiently, to help meet the needs of children and families by offering the right support, in the right place, at the right time.
