Brushstrokes is seeking to recruit a part-time Administrator (ESOL) and Reception Cover for their office in Smethwick.
Hours per week: 14 Hours per week
Salary: SCP 13-15 £16,935.00 – £17,595.00 per annum, pro rata.
Term: Fixed contract from 01.04.2020 to 31.03.2022
You will provide administrative support to the project and specifically for the effective delivery of Brushstrokes English Language Course. Previous experience in an administration role is essential, together with working with refugees, asylum seekers or vulnerable migrants. You will also provide reception cover when required, therefore, the ability to listen and respond appropriately to general enquiries is also essential.
Brushstrokes is a partnership project established in the year 2000 between Father Hudson’s Care (FHC), the Infant Jesus Sisters, the parish of St Philip Neri and the Sisters of our lady of charity of the good shepherd. The project aims to meet the specific needs of newcomers to the area including refugees, asylum seekers and migrant groups.
