Brushstrokes: Operations Manager

Brushstrokes Community Project is an award-winning project delivered through the regional charity, Father Hudson’s Care. The project is well established with a proven track record in supporting refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Sandwell and surrounding areas.

Brushstrokes are looking for an Operations Manager who will prioritise putting these values into practice. The successful candidate will be committed to working with and supporting people from differing social and cultural backgrounds.

Salary: SCP 32-36: £30,989 – £34,354 per annum.   Hours per week: 37 hours

The post holder will commit to the project ethos of ‘welcoming the stranger’ along with the Charity’s values: to show compassion, respect individuals and uphold their dignity, work with optimism, challenge inequalities and discrimination, provide a quality service to achieve positive outcomes, strive to work together and enable people to reach their full potential.
