Would you be interested in sharing your experiences to help improve services? The Academy Team at the NHS in the Black Country is running a patient feedback project in Sandwell and Walsall. They want to explore the experiences of Hip and Knee Arthritis patients to see what kind of treatments patients are offered, and what the NHS might be able to do to improve services. The Team would like to involve a range of patients from different backgrounds.
Patients will be asked take part in feedback interviews from April to July 2022. A £25 gift voucher will be offered for taking part. Interviews can take place on the phone, by video call or face to face (dependant on Covid restrictions). Interviews will last between 30 mins and 1 hour.
To take part in the interview you will need to:
- Have Hip or Knee Arthritis
- Have your GP in Sandwell, Walsall or West Birmingham
- Have attended appointments with your GP, or local hospital about your Hip or Knee Arthritis in the last 5 years. You may have been to City Hospital, Sandwell General or Walsall Manor.
The Academy Team want to involve a wide range of people, but may not be able to interview everyone, if there are a lot of people are interested.
