Oakham Library Chair Yoga – Commencing

If you are over 60, live in Sandwell or have a registered GP in Sandwell you are able to access Accord Care Support Age Matters Chair Yoga session.
All exercises are great for postural stability, joint mobility, strength and balance, stamina and improving bone density. But most of all these sessions have been designed for you to have fun and make new friends.
