FREE – Virtual ‘Introduction to Risk Management Webinar’ (SCVO)

In SCVO’s Virtual ‘Introduction to Risk Management Webinar’ we will explore some of the basic risks to an organisation together with potential consequences and what actions can be implemented.

This virtual webinar is aimed at those community, voluntary and social enterprise organisations, seeking to increase their understanding of basic organisational and functional risks within an organisation and contributing factors that should be considered when developing risk assessments.

The webinar aims to:

• To provide a better understanding of why diversifying your income could increase your organisational sustainability.
• To reflect and consider your own organisations income streams.
• To explore some of the different approaches to attracting income or support into your organisation.
• To explore some of the advantages and disadvantages of these approaches.
• Hints and tips.
