Go the Extra Mile

Go the Extra Mile is  health and wellbeing event being held at Clare Court Care Home, Clinton Street, Winson Green. The event is open to the public.

The residents will be completing a sponsored relay race around the garden and you may even see the staff getting in on the action!  There will be free refreshments and a chance to enter a raffle for some fabulous prizes. All proceeds to the Care Workers Charity.

The guest speaker, from Healthy Sandwell, will be doing a short talk about the benefits of walking and overall wellbeing.
