New Sandwell Carers Service Launch Event

The new Sandwell Carers Service Team would like to invite you to their launch event taking place on 3rd April 2019 from 10am till 1pm. This is your opportunity to find out more about this new service.

from the 1 April 2019, the Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (BCPFT) is expanding the scope of their specialist carers service in Sandwell, which was previously commissioned by Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG, to provide support to carers of adults with severe and enduring mental health illnesses.

Following a review, the service is now extending across learning disabilities and CAMHS, with the specialised service to also include support for carers of:

• Adults and children with a diagnosed learning disability
• Adults and children with a diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorder
• Adults and children with a dual diagnosis (e.g. learning disability and autism)
