Rights and Equality Sandwell is looking to re-establish its Equalities Network in Sandwell.
Our partners have expressed a strong interest in being involved in the network to work together to underpin equalities and reinforce protection from discrimination and harassment in all its forms. Thereby, we are seeking expressions of interest from all agencies that would like to be involved in the Equalities Network and have within their remit:
• equality, diversity and inclusion activities
• support the most vulnerable and disadvantaged communities
• promoting a positive sense of identity and wellness
• campaigns to tackle, prevent and eliminate inequality and injustice
• mediation and resolution of social tensions and safeguarding concerns
This initial meeting will look at ways in which:
Organisations working to create a fairer society can work with each other
Cascade learning and best practice to embed effective leadership, policy and best practice
Peer working review
Borough-wide collective initiatives
You are asked to reserve a place for the above by no later than Friday 21st July 2017. Please contact:
