This seminar is for organisations that have been operating/trading for a while and feel that there are growth opportunities they could pursue but are afraid to ask!

This seminar will examine the complexities of scaling up an organisation and the key skills that leaders need to develop to have a good chance of implementing change of this type.

The seminar will be delivered in a workshop style, with opportunity to participate in the learning process. Participants will have an opportunity to learn about successful examples of scaling up of which the facilitator has personal experience.

Participants will be provided with insight into:

• Common strategies that are followed by organisations to start their Growth Journey.
• Common barriers that organisations attempting growth face
• Some solutions that have worked in the past for organisations
• How leadership roles need to change and adapt to accommodate scaling up, which are some of the most important and difficult changes that leaders/entrepreneurs need to make

Participants who attend will also be provided with follow-up support should they wish to plan growth for their organisation as part of the Capacity Development Service offered by SCVO.
