Sound Bath relaxation classes at Thimblemill Library

It’s that time already! Friday 7th October is Beat It Percussion’s next Sound Bath relaxation class at Thimblemill Library, Thimblemill Road, Smethwick, from at 1 – 2 pm.  Go along and join the group and let your mind quieten and enjoy a moment of peace at this busy time.
