Take These Words Hear My Voice – Smethwick Library

This 30 minute presentation is the culmination of a community project designed and delivered by writer Brendan Hawthorne to give a voice to areas of our community who are in the process of attaining status as a refugee or asylum seeker or those who have residency in this country but are from a lesser known part of our broader community.

You will have the opportunity to explore languages through poetry and story  telling with musical accompaniment.
