Sandwell Council have replaced the Tipton mayoral chain, which was stolen a number of years ago. The new chain will be officially unveiled at Tipton Library on Thursday, 26 April 2018, 10 am to 12 noon.

You are cordially invited. Light refreshments will be served

The Library staff look forward to seeing as many people as possible.
