Healthwatch Sandwell is the independent local champion for health and social care services in the Borough of Sandwell. One of the ways that we do that is to develop an annual work plan based on what are the public’s priorities for improvements in health and social care.

This survey will help us find out what your priorities are for health and social care in Sandwell. Your information will be anonymised.
