Dudley CVS is seeking to appoint a Project Manager for our Integrated Plus Social Prescribing Service
37 hrs per week
Salary: NJC/SCP 40 (£36,876)
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coordinating and managing the existing Integrated Plus Social Prescribing Service. As Project Manager you will work alongside key external stakeholders such as Dudley MBC, Dudley CCG and Dudley Group in driving the implementation of integrated care services. You will represent the Social Prescribing Project at strategic meetings and take a strategic lead on ensuring the voluntary and community sector is involved in and central to integrated care services in Dudley borough.
You will provide support, leadership and guidance to the Integrated Plus staff team which currently consists of 12 staff. You will provide direct line management to 5 Senior Link Officers and ensure that other staff are managed effectively by Link Officers. Your role will include planning and facilitating team meetings, project planning away days, analysing data and preparing and submitting monitoring and evaluation reports to a variety of funders.
