CommunicationsEffective and timely communication is vitally important to ensure that Voluntary and Community Sector organisations are kept up to date with emerging changes and developments, whether local or national, that may potentially impact on their organisation and or their service users.

SCVO plays a significant role in helping organisations communicate with each other, in promoting opportunities of support and collaboration, and in enabling public sector partners to inform, involve and engage the Voluntary and Community Sector.

SCVO utilises a range of different communication routes, including this website, regular e-bulletins. SCVO also provides from time to time targeted information for particular groups of organisations, for example to highlight a consultation being undertaken that is of particular interest or relevance to them.

If you are not currently subscribed to receive the SCVO e-bulletin, you may do so by clicking on the link Subscribe to our E-Bulletin, to receive the latest scvo e-updates, from the Home Page. Please note that by signing up to receive this, you will receive links to download our newsletter each time it is published.

If you are interested in placing an article on our website or in our e-bulletin then please contact the office on 0121 525 1127 to discuss this further.
