Office and Admin Coordinator required at Brushstrokes

Brushstrokes is an award-winning project in partnership with Father Hudson’s Care, The Infant Jesus Sisters and the parish of St Philip Neri, Smethwick. The project is well established with a proven track record in supporting refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Sandwell and surrounding areas.

Brushstrokes require an Office and Admin Coordinator to organise the effective provision of administrative support to the team to include overseeing reception and the welcoming of service users and visitors.

Salary: SCP 22 – 25 £21,672.00 to £23,747.00 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 25 Hours per week
Term: Fixed for 1 year
Based: In Smethwick

You will line manage the reception and administration staff team, as well as ensuring the effective and safe use of the building for Brushstrokes and other organisation’s activities. You will have responsibility for petty cash and overseeing day to day financial administration within the team.  Brushstrokes are also looking for flexibility to undertake occasional evening and weekend work.
