Kaleidoscope Group Plus would like to invite applications for two Recovery Team Leaders and three Recovery Support Workers, to provide out of hours mental health support, at its Sanctuary Hub in West Bromwich.

Recovery Team Leader
Salary: £24,157 per annum, pro rata
Contract: Permanent

Recovery Support Worker
Salary: £21,142 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The aim of the Kaleidoscope Sanctuary Hub is to de-escalate and prevent people reaching the point of crisis. This reduces the need for people to present to mainstream services, therefore reducing demand and releasing capacity within the mainstream services.
