Room Hire - Training SessionSCVO’s smart office base in central West Bromwich offers high quality Board and training facilities for hire by local Voluntary and Community Sector organisations.

The office in Landchard House, Victoria Street is an ideal venue for Board and committee meetings, training events or briefings.  It is conveniently located just off the High Street, within walking distance from two metro stops and the central bus station.

The Board Room seats up to 24 delegates in a variety of layouts including theatre style, cabaret and classroom.  Conference and training equipment is available to hirers, together with a range of catering and refreshment options.

We also have a small meeting room which seats 6 to 8 people.

Rates for room hire are competitive, with reductions for local not-for-profit organisations.

Hot Desks for Local Groups

Are you a charity or social enterprise, struggling to find affordable office accommodation in Sandwell? SCVO may be able to help!

SCVO knows from experience working within the Sector that premises costs are one of the major barriers to organisations setting up.  The difficulty of finding decent accommodation in our Borough, which is in the kind of price-bracket voluntary organisations can afford, is also well-known. SCVO’s high quality office space in central West Bromwich, adjacent to Metro stops and the bus terminal, has ample space for hot-deskers looking for an affordable place to base themselves.

SCVO can offer:

  • Spacious desks in a comfortable and friendly, air-conditioned environment
  • Wireless or wired connections to broadband internet
  • Printing, copying and scanning facilities
  • Document and equipment storage available
  • Use of Boardroom and meeting rooms (by arrangement, additional fee payable)
  • Communal kitchenette
  • Use of communal reception and administration resources (by arrangement)

Rates are negotiable based on your requirements.

Contact Stuart Ashmore, Operations Manager/Deputy Chief Executive, to discuss arrangements: 0121 525 1127 or stuart@scvo.info
