Voluntary Sector Participation

Partnership and Engagement – Voluntary Sector Participation

The Voluntary and Community Sector is regularly invited to participate in a variety of partnership conversations on a range of topics and in different thematic areas.  Voluntary Sector providers bring a range of specialisms, experience, front-line expertise and insight with which they can help to influence policy and decision-making, add value to local initiatives, and improve local support and services.  On occasion SCVO and individuals are asked to attend meetings to represent and reflect the experiences of the wider Voluntary and Community Sector.

The list below highlights a range of partnership meetings at which individuals from the Sector participate in a variety of different roles.

If you would like further information about any of the meetings, please contact Leona Bird, Strategic Engagement Officer or Mark Davis, Chief Executive Officer – leona@scvo.info or mark@scvo.info
