Volunteers Needed for Music-Making Sessions

Would You Like to Volunteer?

Beat It Percussion (is a small Community Interest Company founded in 2013 with the aim of bringing music based activities to people in the community) – Drumming Together are seeking volunteers, to help run and participate in their music-making sessions being held at West Bromwich Town Hall.

Drumming Together is a new music-making project for people and their carers who:
• Have memory loss
• Have early-onset dementia
• Think they may be affected by dementia.

You don’t need musical knowledge, working with people is the most important part of the volunteer’s role in our music-making sessions. We’ll also be holding a volunteer training session on Thursday 11th January 2017, from 10.00am till12.00pm at West Bromwich Town Hall in preparation for the start of the sessions in January 2018 for anyone interested in volunteering as part of this project.

Still not sure if this is for you? Then why not pop into our taster drop in and volunteer information session being held on:

Wednesday 13th December 2017, 10.30am till 1.30pm at West Bromwich Library, 316 High Street, West Bromwich, B70 8DZ
